Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026. Version 26.09.05.

The English version is the controlling text. This translation is for convenience.

This Privacy Policy explains how CLAIMSAVERPLUS LLC d/b/a ClaimSaver+ collects, uses, and shares information when you use claimsaverplus.com and related apps. It applies to the software product. It is not legal advice. The English text controls.

1. Who we are

CLAIMSAVERPLUS LLC d/b/a ClaimSaver+ provides guided software for Florida PIP claim preparation. We are not your health care provider, health plan, law firm, or public adjuster. We do not use your claim file to negotiate with insurers or to represent you. Contact: support@claimsaverplus.com. Headquarters: Miami, Florida.

2. Information we collect

You may provide: name, email, password, and account profile fields; claim worksheet answers (identity, accident, injury, employment, insurance, authorizations); and files you upload, which can include police or crash reports, medical records and bills, insurance cards or declarations pages, photos, and similar evidence. We do not collect Social Security numbers in the product. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, timestamps, and security logs. Payment card numbers are collected by Stripe, not stored by us as full PAN data for hosted Checkout.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate your account, provide the worksheet, vault, calendar, and reminders, process payments, send transactional email (for example, confirmation and password reset), secure the service, debug, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your package to an insurer; you do.

4. Service providers (subprocessors)

We use these subprocessors to run the product: Stripe (payments and checkout); Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage, United States); and Vercel (website hosting, delivery, and Vercel Analytics). We do not send your worksheet to an AI model to evaluate your claim. Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not control how an insurer or medical provider you deal with independently will handle documents you send them.

5. Retention

We keep account, worksheet, and uploaded files for as long as your account remains open so you can return to a draft. After we verify a deletion request or close an account (and any legal hold has expired), we aim to delete or de-identify customer content within 30 days. Backups may persist on a longer rotation until they expire. We keep payment, tax, fraud, dispute, and legal-compliance records as required (typically up to seven years). Calendar reminders exist only while the related data remains in your account.

6. Sharing

We share information with the subprocessors listed above as needed to operate the service; with professional advisers under confidentiality; if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security; and with a successor if we sell or reorganize the business, subject to this Policy. We do not share your claim file with insurance companies as your representative.

7. Security

Traffic uses TLS (HTTPS). Application data and uploads are stored with our database and object-storage providers, which apply encryption at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. See also our Data handling page for HIPAA-scope and encryption details. We do not claim “HIPAA certified” status for routine consumer use.

8. Security incidents (Florida)

If we determine that a breach of personal information has occurred, we will investigate and notify affected Florida residents in accordance with Florida Statutes §501.171, including notice without unreasonable delay and no later than 30 days after that determination, unless a law-enforcement delay is authorized. Notice will describe the incident in general terms, the types of information involved to the extent known, protective steps we are taking, and how to reach us at support@claimsaverplus.com. We may also notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs as that statute requires.

9. Your choices and deletion

You may access and update much of your worksheet in the product. Signed-in customers can tap “Request account deletion” on the dashboard. That creates a timestamped request an administrator fulfills from the admin workspace, or you may email support@claimsaverplus.com from the address on the account. We aim to complete deletion or de-identification within 30 days after we verify the request, subject to Retention (tax, fraud, dispute, and legal holds). We will honor access and deletion rights that Florida or other applicable law requires, including Florida Statutes §501.171 where it applies. Deleting your ClaimSaver+ account does not delete copies you, an insurer, or a provider already hold.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If we learn we have collected an account from a child, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who is 18 or older may use their own account in connection with a minor’s accident; that adult is the customer for privacy purposes.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where law requires consent.

12. Contact

Privacy and deletion requests: support@claimsaverplus.com. We cannot give legal advice about your claim or about whether you must provide a particular document to an insurer.

13. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar storage that are required to keep you signed in, remember your language, and protect the session. We also use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregated visit data (pages, referrers, device type) to see whether the site is working. We do not run advertising pixels or sell browsing data. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; the site may still need essential cookies to log you in. Stripe Checkout sets its own cookies when you pay.
