A typical guided filing flow
You perform each step; the platform helps you stay organized
Use our guided forms to enter your accident details and upload documents into your secure account. We do not “analyze” your claim for legal merit—you provide the facts.
Log medical appointments, upload treatment-related records you choose, and track expenses using the built-in tools. Follow your healthcare providers’ instructions—ClaimSaver+ does not give medical advice.
Use calendars and reminders for deadlines and follow-ups. Reminders reflect common timelines (like the 14-day initial treatment rule) as general information—not legal advice about what you must do.
When you’re ready, compile your documents into a complete package and send them to your insurance company yourself. You communicate with your carrier directly; ClaimSaver+ does not submit to an adjuster, negotiate, or speak for you.

We use industry-standard protections, including TLS in transit and secured storage for the files you upload (see our Data handling page for details). ClaimSaver+ is claim-preparation software—not a HIPAA-covered health care provider or health plan—and we do not claim formal HIPAA certification, HIPAA “compliance,” or covered-entity status. Coordinate sensitive health information with your providers; we do not provide medical or legal advice.
